This user agreement regulates the terms of use for the services provided by Ersefa (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By using the services of Ersefa, you are deemed to have accepted the terms specified below.
This agreement is made between Ersefa and the user who becomes a member of the platform (hereinafter referred to as "User").
Ersefa is an e-commerce platform where clothing, shoes, and accessories are sold. Users can via Ersefa:
3.1. The user is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the membership form. Ersefa has the right to cancel the membership in case of incorrect or misleading information.
3.2. Users are responsible for the security of their accounts. Ersefa is not responsible for any damages that may arise from sharing account information with third parties.
3.3. The user must be over 18 years old.
4.1. The user is obliged to carefully review the product descriptions and price before placing an order.
4.2. Payment transactions are carried out via secure payment infrastructures.
4.3. Ersefa will inform the user and ensure a refund if the ordered product cannot be supplied.
5.1. The user may request a return or exchange of purchased products within 3 days after receiving them.
5.2. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging during the return or exchange process.
5.3. Details regarding the return policy are specified in the Return and Exchange Policy section on the site.
6.1. The user agrees to use the Ersefa platform in accordance with the laws.
6.2. The user is responsible for any transactions and communications made via the platform.
6.3. The user cannot engage in behavior that violates the rights of other users on the site.
7.1. Ersefa is committed to providing the user with a quality and secure shopping experience.
7.2. Ersefa is not responsible for technical malfunctions or access interruptions that may occur on the platform.
7.3. Ersefa reserves the right to change the design, content, and services of the platform without notifying the user.
All content, images, logos, and designs on Ersefa are owned by the Company. Users cannot copy, reproduce, or use these contents without permission.
Ersefa reserves the right to terminate the memberships of users who violate the terms of this agreement and to terminate their access to services.
Disputes that may arise from this agreement will be resolved in Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

This agreement comes into effect on the date it is approved by the user and remains valid with its updated version when changes are announced by Ersefa on the platform.
By using the Ersefa platform, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement and undertake to comply with the terms. 😊
